Truzzi faced a challenge of strategic importance: increase Brand Awareness and expand its reach with the aim of consolidate its presence like irreplaceable point of reference for customers, builders, the prefabrication industry and large commercial and industrial real estate companies.

Personalization and tracking: the key to success in Truzzi's web marketing strategy
We decided to adopt one multi-channel web marketing strategy carefully planned and articulated. This strategy has allowed us to achieve our goals through a series of targeted and synergistic actions.

Buyer Personas Analysis
We started with an in-depth analysis of Buyer Personas, identifying the various audience segments within our industry. In this way we were able to understand better needs, preferences and behaviors of our potential customers.

Personalized Customer Journeys
Next, we created Personalized customer journeys for each identified buyer persona, precisely mapping the conversion and interaction path of each potential customer.

Implementation of tracking tools
We have implemented advanced tracking tools such as Google TAG Manager and Google Analytics to monitor and analyze data. This gave us a complete performance overview of our web marketing campaigns.

Multi-channel strategy
We used different marketing channels to reach our target audience. We have developed Lead Generation campaigns on Social Business channels such as LinkedIn , Google Search network e implemented Awareness campaigns on META (Facebook and Instagram).

Captivating copy and targeted campaigns: the strategy to engage Buyer Personas
To capture attention and arouse interest, we created the headline “We transform space into places to live”, which was the fulcrum of ours multi-channel campaign. Through the use of engaging content, we have highlighted the unique characteristics of our buildings and illustrated the benefits they can offer to each target audience.
We have put a lot of effort into creating captivating copy and targeted campaigns that showcased our unique constructions.
Results
Truzzi's web marketing strategy generated over 1 million views
Our campaigns have generated over 1 million views, allowing us to reach a large and diverse audience. Moreover, they were obtained more than 1.000 leads with a cost of less than 10 euros per lead, a result that highlights a strong interest and involvement by the target audience.
